Charles is actually Sonic's UNCLE.
Jules, the blue hedgehog with the brown tuft of hur, is Sonic's father from the Archie comics, Jules Hedgehog.
The Purple hedgehog next to him is Sonic's mother in the same continuity, Bernadette "Bernie" Hedgehog.
The Brown hedgehog is Chris Thorndyke's Hedgehog form, and the Blue girl hedgehog is how I reimagined Tiara Boobowski before it was made clear she was a Manx Cat in the plan - but I felt she still looked like a hedgehog, so I decided to keep her as such.
