Oh D'aw! Well, i'm eventually going to pop a head shot commission thing at some point. So, if you are still interested when that happens - I make my turian look way more dinosaur-ish I think however, lol.

I agree, I LOVED the female turian design from bioware as well. which surprised me considering how much of a let down it was with Quarian's finally getting a picture. (if a bit of a lame way to show how they look.) I'm glad they didn't cave in to the masses and make them "Sexy"

I think Nyreen is actually very attractive for an alien, haha. They didn't go and do the super crazy sexy though, which is nice. I think a lot of people are having issues because people are so hell bent on fan designs that they forget the Turian are owned by Bioware and they are the ones who made the canon decision designs. I hope that made sense. It's hard for that company to make a design when all these people are expecting things to look like what fan people made basically. I think they did a great job with Nyreen though.

As for Tali...well, I think that was a cop out and in the same vein as above. Way to many people made up some great designs that it was intimidating to create one that would make everyone happy. Glad they were able to do something with female turians and not falter like with Tali though. Who knows, maybe they'll alter her later. In the concept art book I have though she had some decent looking designs for ME1. Wish they woulda kept with that.

The female Turian is really cool, but I'll admit at first I was just a wee bit dissappointed that there doesn't seem to be any fringe lol. Make's Garrus' comment somewhat invalid now XD The more I see it though, the more it grows on me. And I really like how you took that into account with your character here. She's very well done, and I LOVE the color scheme.

I really like what they've done with her eyes, as far as the new design goes. They really stand out, more so than the males do.

Well, the fringe doesn't mean it has to be anything huge - that and it could pertain to the fringe on the side of their head...not just the top. I think with all the fan designs out there that many people had a preconceived notion of how a female turian should look and forgot about how Bioware is the one at the end of the day that will validate the design. I am just so happy to see a friggin' female Turian however so WEE! I must beat ME1 and ME2 again before it comes out. @_@;

The eyes on her are very striking. Nyreen looks like she's going to be one tough cookie from what i've read. I'm so looking forward to seeing her in action. And of course, Aria.

That's true I suppose. I thought the fringe was only atop their heads; I hadn't considered the sides of the face/jaw. But YES FINALLY a female Turian!

I was bummed out that female turians don't seem to have the long fringes until I sketched it out. And I ADORE the new look so much. So much pretties.
