You have great color choices. Purple and orange are a classic combo, and the fur on the side of the jaw/behind the eyes is nicely muted. I think you captured Toots very well.

I'd like to see some definition in the muzzle instead of straight lines, hair needs work too. (hair is a pain in the ass, and capturing spiky style hair requires depth)

Your perspective of her muzzle pointing slightly towards the viewer makes a nice perspective: it gives a nice 3D look to it.

I'll give a tip to say a nice white dot on the jewelry, all focused on a single direction, makes them all sparkle like metal :)
