Alright, because I'm already in the spirit of the season, and someone I follow mentioned it, I decided to do something fun for all of us.
"What is it?"
I want you to draw YOUR character in an ugly holiday sweater. You all know about the ugly holiday sweaters that some family members force during family photo times. I know I have a couple. And there's those fun contests and stuff. It's kinda like that, only better!
"But you said free art! >:["
I did! What I'm going to do is for everyone who drew their character in an ugly holiday sweater, I'm going to put in a group holiday fun picture! Now depending how big this gets, it may be late but I'll do my best to get it done by the 25th of December. Ok. Guidelines because I make the rules of this fun shtuff.
RULES!!
1. You MUST have a drawing. You drew it, a friend drew it, I don't care
2. No stick-figures. I'm not saying it has to be a masterpiece but I want a bit of effort please.
3. One entry per-person. But you may draw for a friend as well if they just plain insist they can't draw. Plus, it's the holiday of giving
4. Make a journal linking to this one. Let people who don't watch me have the fun too! And yes, it has to be a recent journal, I will be checking.
5. Comment on this journal with the ref/desc of the character you would like to put in the picture.
6. Understand I choose the pose, the interactions and everything. You may suggest that you want to be next to x but I cannot guarantee you will be next to x . Also there is a possibility I will miss a marking or two, I will try to be accurate but there will be no proofs to make sure every fine detail is proper, as it is free art.
7. You must have fun! Be silly! Be creative!
I will probably be closing this on Thanksgiving (the 22nd for those out of the USA) or until I feel I've taken on too big of a challenge.
Feel free to ask questions if anything doesn't make sense.
