Well done. Especially the head looks well-elaborated (I don't know if this is the right word :$ )
Did you use a reference sheet/turnaround to build the model or did you create it from the head?
The scarf could have some more details and folds (maybe by using a creased texture on it).
As a whole it's a very likable character, and it's fascinating how your personal style can be found in many aspects of the model :)

Thanks a lot. =D I did use a reference sheet to create the model and i realize the scarf is lacking, i feel i would like to go in and
make that look better but the time i have left does not allow for any more fine tuning.
Thanks again, i really wanted to not loose my style when taking things into 3D i'm rely glad that it came through =D

I know what you mean. Sometimes it takes much time to get into something new; and when you finally have the feeling, that you are good enough to give your work the final touch, your time is over.
Unfortunately this doesn't change in future projects. There is only enough time to make things look good and serve the purpose, but not enough to make them "perfect".
I think it's very important to put your style in every work you do regardles of the material or program you use.
