Over on PonyIsland they are having their Fall Extravganza which basically is a bunch of games run on the forums centered around one theme. This year's theme is Zombie Apocalypse, rather nifty.
Anyway, since I have basically no time to enter any of the interactive games, I decided I was gonna enter one that really didn't require too much free time on my part and that was the Wanted Poster contest. Including the 10 mins searching for some new fonts and about another 10 mins on the layout choices, the actual poster in it's entirety took me about 2 hours to complete.
The main idea of this was to take a base template that was provided(the paper background) and put in as much information on your criminal pony as possible on that template and allow only that to tell the story. Basically not an art contest, not really a writing contest, more of a design one.
So you may have been wondering about my recent journal on here... well here's the reason LOL!
I had to feature my pony Mime. He's the worst kind of criminal there is... he actually observes his right to remain silent! =o And yes, that is correct one BILLION PG reward! This pony is dangerous!
