Not one of the original Muppets, she was created for the Muppet Babies cartoon. When BOOM! Studios published The Muppet Show comic book, she appeared in the "Family Reunion" story arc. For some reason (due to ownership of rights I expect), she was never actually named and only refered to as 'Scooter's sister' in the story.
