Here's the first of two surviving examples I have of my early comic strip,'TOONS FROM THE TOMB . This is strip no.3,circa 1996.
As I described it earlier,the strip was set in a hotel in Transylvania run by a motley crew of monsters.The gent with the "detachable head" is Mister Rasputin,the put-upon manager,who was forever trying to find a way to make his "Deathbed and Breakfast"profitable,usually through some ill-fated scheme to attract a more "Upscale" clientele..."We have to be nice to humans",he reasoned,"they have all the money!!". The short female Buzzard is Lizzie,the hotel's housekeeper and cook.Lizzle never spoke except for the occasional cackle or shriek...her schtick was being overly-fond of sharp kitchen utensils. The pompous,jowly fellow is the manager of a rival hotel.
