weird bugnuns are weird

"this? I got it a month ago. there was this bug, said she was a dealer but all she was selling were key rings. talked to her for hours to try and see what her deal was. she was incredibly evasive, fiendishly flirtatious. I bought one for her time, they were five bucks anyway. it didn't do anything. I still carry it around to remember the peculiar encounter. been mulling it over for weeks and you know, I think it's starting to do something. lost interest in drugs altogether. and gained an interest in every locked door, every locker, every forgotten chest. this key's for something, I figure. maybe there's a million dollars waiting for the most perceptive keyholder? maybe it's a game and the bug will kidnap me. so I'll need this key to escape. guy on the subway was holding a similar set of keys. thought he might have some clues, but he was a security guard. nice enough guy, told him about how I got the keys, why I approached him in the first place, and he just shared some strange encounters of his own. about the kinds of things you see after midnight..."
