A Dance In Winter's Light
Days go by where I stare at the snow
glisten, gleam, and even glow
For in my youth so remembered in trance
That I did lovingly in winter dance.
Snow so light, clean, and pure
With light whose will, art did lure
My heard did lift those winter days
With soaring hopes and joyous praise.
The music started in sun's bathing light
And with the beat my feet took flight.
Circles and lines I leapt and bounded
For no mortal force, my spirit, could have grounded.
And so I danced free and flowing
As my lover watched then took my had
Our bonds ever growing
Till the sunset so grand.
As we danced we pained a scene
Nothing defined
Nothing clean,
But in that mess so free and strong
We wrote our love
Snow Made of Song!
glisten, gleam, and even glow
For in my youth so remembered in trance
That I did lovingly in winter dance.

With light whose will, art did lure
My heard did lift those winter days

I think I understand what you mean by "inner sight." It's something I consider whenever I characterize my characters, where the innate attributes, traits, and personal quirks of every character is just as important as the details of the moment itself (those factors influence what happens, though it can be taxing on me to keep track of them all with 41 characters and other side characters. x.x).
I love wording that conveys vivid imagery.
