Well...something for practise and i wanted to paint a dragon again.
But sadly my computer kinda died on me. EVERY brushstroke laged and after a few hours it wasn't funny anymore ^^; So...should have been elaborated some more, but i just couldn't take it anymore X_X
It was planed to be a fake book-cover for a fantasy novel or something (so there is place left in the composition for a title ;D)
Maybe i will start a writing-contest in the future~ I would love reading a story that fit this picture. What do you think?

I love it how you're not afraid to paint stuff, and it turns out so nice! I wish I had that kind of patience D: It looks really good... especially the colors you used, they're almost monochromatic besides the sky, which is good because it lets the sky pop, but not too much, and it makes for a really nice feel :3
:o
Writing contest? It's been so long since I've written anything. ;n; Totally intrigued though.
Also intrigued by your leaking brush? What do you mean? How does a tablet stylus leak? Or am I just not reading close enough?
Despite this issue you mentioned, the picture looks really awesome. I love the colors you used. They remind me of some of my favorite sunsets here at home. <3

hmm ... you would like to have a Story ... ... well lets see how much space this massage box has
... "These are the last rescued records of the arcmages Glavoridan's arcane sanctum", says Nimsle, your long time friend and student of the Grand academy of Illusions . In the ruins of this once mighty tower lies another dusty book. You whipe the dust away and as the last sunrays of the upcoming dusk fall on the lether cover a sparkling picture catches your eye. Beneth this filigree piece of art you see mystical looking runes, wich gleam in silver and gold. As you marvel at this book you shout out to your friend: "Nimsle ! I've found another one, and it seems to be verry special". The Scolar quickly runns towards you and with a prestidigitation that has no equal, he picks the book out of your paws. "What ist this?" mumbles Nimsle as he strats to read the glittering runes ...
In a time long before the kingdoms of the humans began to reign, ancient and wise species of humanoid creatures ruled humble over every living beeing. They lived in perfect symbiosis with nature, stone and the spirits of their ancesters. Ancient and mythical creatures, legends in our times, kept wach over this fragile balance. Today their known to us as dragons, nothing more than a myth in our times, but they live. Now here the story of the last guardian of direfall, the last survivor of this glorious empire.
... Nimsle turns over the page and as he looks at the red letters a confused expression slumps over his exited face. "I can't read this." he wispers. "These are no known symbols to any man alive. The dragon itself must have written the rest of the book". he whispers with an indignant sigh and sits down in the gutted ruins. As i kneel down and lay my paw on his shoulder i hear him mumble "dragans are no fantasy, they are real. And one is still alive" ...
ok ... enough for now i don't want to detroy the possible contest Ro but YOU FORCED ME TO DO THIS !!!
