Dusty is an odd character. Shes a large mouse who lives in Hans' base and has a hole into Darren's cell. Shes been in many different places and talks a range of languages including English German and French with trace others. Shes rather fond of Darren but wont go out with messages for Darren. She knows hes safe as long as Hans is in charge as he obeys the laws of keeping prisoners of war in health unlike most others and she wont risk both there lives by sneaking out on an errand in which she might not find another English group for months.
