
The first ones i've seen in the last quarter of this year (and the first ones to be captured by me ^^). Here in Finland "aurora borealis" is called "revontulet" which is roughly translated to "the lights of a fox". The name originates from an old tale made by the Sami people, and it says, that the lights are caused by a fox swiping his tail on the snow creating some sparkles - the northern lights :3
