umm i'm not sure if i can give good tips. first you need to learn to draw structures and anatomy. That means, drawing a volume in a flat surface
then for the poses you can look at pictures or pause animation , cartoons and videos. it's easier when you already can draw structure.

you can choose a limit time for displaying each picture. that way you are forced to draw rapidly, so you have to focus on capturing the most important lines that conform the drawing.
