For dinner I made myself and roommate some honey soy glazed chicken and sauteed portabella mushrooms.

I felt like the chicken could have a little more soy sauce in it, but my roommate ( lexin) thought it was fine. As long as my "customer" likes my food, I'm good.

the mushrooms, i improvised on. i sauteed the in a little bit of butter, poured beef stock and soy sauce for flavor.
