Thanks. Love is such an extremely rare thing in my life, that the situation these three dragons represent is a very special thing to me... I'm going to be cautious, oh, indeed. Allowing myself to trust, that's the hard part. Still working on that one, me.

It is a very nice design. But with the background, it seems out of place....Nah, prolly just me. Not used to seeing three spinning dragons in the forest..... :p

*big raspberry- pffffttt!* I wanted a background to frame it. Seemed naked, with nothing behind it, when I finished colouring the knotwork. So I went with something detailed, but coloured in a lighter fashion, so the dragons stayed the focus. I like the sunlight effect. But Blotch does it better than me. *sighs*

Hehe. Well, the only con I go to is AnthroCon because it's within by "willing to drive" distance (i.e. 6 hours) plus I have a friend or two who go who live around here, so it's not 6 hours by myself in a car.

Noted, friend! Hopefully, I'll get to see you at one such before you get possibly bored with the fandom... Heh... The possibility of my getting to a con outside my city is rather small- it could be years before we actually get a chance to meet.

Oh, I'll not be bored with the fandom for a long while yet my dear.

You know, that's really nice. It bears a strong resemblance to this thing I was oft trying to introduce into games of Mage: The Ascension-- the "Enigma," a.... well. In-game self-limiting property of magic representing it's inherent wondrousness.

Cool! The sunbeams in the background really top it off nicely.

Hiya, my bear buddy! Glad you enjoy it... My own sense of wonder had taken a bit of a walk (been feeling low with winter coming on), so I used the colouring of this to try and find it again... I'm hoping to get better at this sort of thing (I really like how Blotch does colour effects with just water-colour... Wow). I prefer pretty to pr0n, anyway, though pr0n can be fun...

Mage was a cool game- I liked playing Dreamspeakers. Always had a shamanic bent, me. Need a high Enigmas rating to do well as a shaman. Nice that this evokes that sort of thing for you!

Sweet, glad you enjoy it. I hope to get better at that sort of thing. If you notice, in a lot of my submissions, backgrounds are pretty rare... It's 'cuz I'm not very good at them, really. Working on it, though.

I've been tempted to sculpt it in jeweller's wax so it could be cast in silver, gold and red gold, actually. Be a challenge, indeed! ...And bloody expensive...

It would be worth it. I'm sure there are Pagan-esque jewelry companies out there who would sell your stuff.

That would be pretty sweet- sell stuff by lots... I don't have the facilities to do it, though. I do have a small kiln so I could melt metals and attempt small numbers of pieces. I also do silver-clay work, which is fun and frustrating by turns... Hmmmm.... *ponders the possibility*

i love the three dragons curling around each other....for some reason reminds me of a Ying-yang

The Celts actually had a symbol that was a bit like the Yin-Yang, with three pieces to it. Buddhists used something like it too. I merely adapted the idea for a knotwork. This kind of thing is hard for me to do- I'm not always consistent in my line-work. But I lucked out and got a nice little bit of pretty this time. thanks for liking it!
