This is what TaleSpin lacked, an awesome mafia.
I somewhat got an idea for a story behind these characters;
Luiciana - a Italian-American poodle who was born in the mafia.
Sam - a American street cat who is the steriotypical gang leader with a attitude problem and a annoying 60's NY-accent. He beats dudes, bangs chicks, drinks booze and then beats chicks too. Pretty much like everyone in the 60's.
"Mr.Knuckles" - a Russian bear who escaped comunism too become rich. Unable to get a political asylum in the US he went underground and joined the maffia.

And that's not mafia? He's from the place that enslaved its own people and sold them off to white folk for plantation labor. Italians had style and Khan had style. Khan used people without having to enslave them outright. He just strongarmed everyone with cash and his daunting physical and mental presence. I see bits of all three characters here rolled together to make Khan. That's why I brought up Khan in the first place. He was practically Carnage in a suit.

No rly, they rule :D easily one of the most badass designed talespin charas *I* have ever seen. Luciana reminds me of Rica for some reason o.O MUST BE THE HAIR AND ZE EXPRESSION! but yesh, she's kickass :> and you don't exactly run into too many evil poodles out there, that makes her even more original/kickass XD
