I love LARP-universe demons. I mean, I know we can never really physrep them to be how I imagine them, but what we have is a lovely base for WILD IMAGINATION RAMBLING.
Black demons are a good example. They're backstabbers, and their players are often dressed in drapey black kit and carry daggers. I interpreted the drapey kit as how they move, as if blown on the wind. I hope I conveyed that a bit here. Not sure.

Tails are super-duper fun to draw! Looong line drawn to first see where it's going, and then er, base it on a cross between a scorpion and some vertrbrae annnd done!
