Again, practice when I could, I decided to not use a ruler in this one, and well...I'm okay enough with it to put it up for now...may scrap later. Till then.

As a person with a small ball of hate towards DP cars. This came out very well and I doubt you need to say anything about code masters.. They don't own jack on these cars they were allowed to use their badges and such but really I'd say car is © whatever team built it.
Still well done. I plan on going to the rolex 24 this year can you think of any angles you'd like photographed? I do think they will look slightly different this coming year what with NASCAR pretty much owning the race. Should be interesting.

Well, I figured I'd at least mention Codemasters since among other ways of finding references, GRiD was the only one I could use, that had good shots of that particular Daytona Prototype (or any Daytona Prototype, I know there are photos elsewhere, but some of them only go so far). Similiar for other games where I may also get references for.
And well, far as what I could suggest for angles, I suppose off the top of my head, basic front, side, rear and a 3/4 profile shot of the front/side and side/rear, since I may try to find basic shots of a car and go from there.
I guess the one question being, why the small ball of hate towards the DP cars?
and again, thanks for commenting.

They are almost held to nascar type standards. With normal prototype car classes you can run all kinda different motor setups and body styles.
Daytona is where I live,my pops took me to see the 24hr sportscar race almost every year when I was a kid. There used to be 70 cars out just trying to place a time to get into the race. The race was always huge 50+ car starts.
Last year they had 30 total with gt cars. I think they had 6 or so DPs 2 broke and one wrecked out.. It makes for a boring race when each class is less then 10 cars. The reason I was told of this is that the prototype cars had to be to Daytona spec, and so teams had to build a car just for this race.
Where as the other tracks didn't add this rule.
Oh and I'm a bit of a fanboy for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audi_R10_TDI

Ah and understandable. That and...wish I could be nearby a place where some races are held. I could have made the one in New Jersey...but real life had other plans. I can only follow the races via the internet or when ESPN or SPEED do show a race live.
That and I woun't lie...I am a bit of a fan of the Audi R10 (and 15 and 18, as well as the Peugeot 908 and Toyota TS030), I may try to draw that again (tried once, didn't go so well).
