Turns out these concept sketchings are a good warm-up for me in the morning! So here's some more of the PRR facility, this time showing a few of the many different "Action Floors." Here a variety of scenarios are replicated on a sufficient scale, with appropriate failsafes and what not, to ensure no one is harmed in the process, and observation windows for analysis, or verbal walkthroughs.

Top Left; Wilderness Quicksand (Difficulty; 1-2)
Obviously the favorite of the ceo, this replicates your basic damsel in quicksand. The idea of this floor is to test resourcefulness and attention to surroundings. Scenery can be added or taken away to adjust difficulty.
Bottom Left; Carnivorious jungle (Difficulty; 3-5)
This floor has it's own humidifier and heater, in order to replicate the intoxicating feel of the jungle. Here, several known carnivorious plants are replicated in an animatronic fashion. Included are the "Beartrap plant," the "Weeping Death," the "Firing Squad," and the "Hangman." Additionally, there is a quicksand pit in here too. The setup is designed to be as difficult as possible, even moreso than real life, seeing as there wouldn't be this many Class A carnivorious plants in this close a proximity.
Top Right; "Convincing Negotiations" (Difficulty; 2-4)
This Warehouse-type setting acts also as an additional storehouse in case of emergencies. The Vat in the far corner can be lowered or raised, along with the substance inside. This also tests regarding combat, and can be reinacted with someone playing the role of "Villian." It's also a favorite of SWAT team scenarios.
Bottom Right; Rite of the Volcano (Difficulty; 3)
One of the newer concept encouraged when our eggheads discovered one of the artificial quicksand compounds they made was incredibly sensitive to varying heat and temperatures. The compound could heat up to 100 degrees celsius in mere seconds, and return to room temperature even faster. This was perfect to replicate where lava is the peril, and not have to worry about burning our "less durable" applicants. This room is also equiped with a heater to replicate the atmosphere here too.

Other designs are underway! If you guys have any suggestions you'd wanna make, put 'em here OR on the PRR page!

very nice. you might want to switch out the pneumatic lift for hydraulic lifts. Pneumatics are designed to be weak, but fast where hydraulics are a bit slower, but far stronger and that way it will work better to lift people out of the sand no matter their build or size. Just something to consider.
All I'm thinking is "How did someone get the crate on the walkway when the only way up is a ladder?"
An add-on for the lava set, a modified version of the "Sabre World Domination Co. tomb battle training set". Replicates various death traped and cursed tombs including ancient Egypt and Maya jungle settings. All spears and spikes are made of rubber, and poison gas and darts are actually just sleeping gas and knock out darts.
Another could be a wild west saloon with train tracks and jail.
