You don't really need an idea for a background, pal. Sometimes, just putting a gradient in the back does just fine.

Now if you want scenery, THAT'S a different story. That does indeed take practice. Try drawing trees, or other objects you see in parks. Parks are great backgrounds because they are so common, and studied easily.

Scenery is exactly what I need, exactly what has held me back from finishing my comics.

I think, with the pose, and sultry look in her eyes, a bedroom would be a good place to put her, or you can have her on a blanket in the park... Publicly sultry.

Well I don't mean the idea of the pic but the design of the character, she didn't always look this way. I got the idea of her fluffy hair from inuyasha but I didn't make it as long and she had some of his mannerisms.

Aw, I know what you mean. THey did that to a lot of good animes that played. Although they did that, I managed to see a great number of episodes since 2003 when it started (I think). LOL yeah, those were some good inuyasha moments.

Yes!! I miss Tenchi Muyo ^_^ I loved coming home and seeing it. I'm so mad that it was cut. It seems to be very rare that they'd let an anime finish.

that torrent took 4 months to finish downloading

i also have clips of all the commercials and toonami promos and bumpers and what-not :D as well as a huge collection of Ahem,,, pictures ^_^

Mortal Kombat (Genesis) and Mortal Kombat III Ultamate Edition (PS1)
are the only fighting games i will play with anyone.

3d fighters are just too over the top and distracting

i will fight you as Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Rayden, Kabal, Cyrax, Sheeva, Sindel, Stryker, Noob Saibot, Ermac, Reptile, Lu Kang, Rain, Katana, Baraca, or Kano.

that is the only REAL good game i had when i was little and i played the well out of it.

gimme 4 cans of coke, a 6-button genesis controller, and a couch and i can whoop just about anybodys butt in mortal :D i love it.

i think the sexiest Mortal player was Sindel, (call me weird but she had curves lol)

Wow and I'm sure the wait was worth it.

That's cool but if you try more 3d games, you'll see that the experience is different and you might like the style of one or a few.

I always thought Sindel was creepy back then with her hair that moves but I thought she was cool in the newer MK games.

Are you good with the combos in MK3U?

It doesn't take much for me, I think Scorpion, Sub-zero, and Reptile are cool in 2d. I don't play them on the newer ones.
My top favs are Johnny Cage and Kung Lao, I really kick butt with them but for the bigger challenges I pull out my #1 fighter... Mileena (talk about sexy) If she's on it, I'm playing.

3d games are cool, but the fact that they are so detailed and lifelike takes the fun out of it for me, and "detailed and lifelike" was a laugh when games like VIRTUA FIGHTER came out and ultra-lo-res tectures and super simple lo-poly 3-d models started popping up everywhere,

2d games had some of the best artwork and gameplay due to their simplicity.
stop and think how fast mk3 plays? and its SMOOTH that amazed the hell out of me when i first played it back in 94 or so ^_^ up until then i was playing SMB and EXITEBIKE lol i can sit and beat the original mk in less then an hour using only sub-zero or scorpion. but i have yet to beat mk3 on hard mode. (you got to be some kind of savant to do that, lol)

my fav 3-d games have to be call of duty: big red one and tomb raider: legend.
that incarnation of tomb raider partially changed my opinion on 3-d games due to its remarkable level of detail. COD still had visible polygons but i can understand that since fps would be a MAJOR problem even on the ps2

(too bad i beat BOTH of those in under 24 hours lol they were EXCELLENT games but they were way too short and easy.)

while i liked the ps1 variant of MK3U i hated its loading times and controller layout
(even if you COULD change the controls it still wasnt the same as a 6-button genesis controller)

i liked it cause it had better graphics, sound and a HUGE assortment of players ^_^ and the finishing moves are to die for,
