I didn't get insulted for wearing mine (at least, not yet?), but I did get a few weird glances and a couple or so ppl asking me "What's up with that scarf?" and a friend who teased me that it's a girl's scarf (it isn't). She didn't piss me off though, she was mostly joking :P
