admins in the town hall meeting just kinda vindicated 'his work' as not art theft.
Certainly though it violates all forms of nettiqquite around artists and wont make you any friends or gain much respect....
Epseically without notifying the artist before hand by doing that kind of junk, not to mention other things then just theft.

Go listen to the recording if you don't believe me....
If anything its a serious grey area someone would have to set a standard on, especially with the copy/paste and level of modification he really did. Its one of those things I guess where a troll wants to try and test the rules and really push the limits of what can be done.
Plus if it is why hasn't it been submitted as a Trouble Ticket yet if it is -.-. Unless of course they already did, then I never really supported vigilantism but to each their own I guess.
Belive me though I don't think that Idiot should be allowed to post this shit and he should get a gallery wipe at minimum(at least if he drew the head freehand in MSpaint it would be completely clear rules wise) but its upto the admins and the rulings they make...

Hexaod, Gem, AND myself have each submitted trouble tickets to my knowledge. We have screencaps of what was said to and by him, as well as notes he's sent to each of us (barring Gem, not sure about her). We've not received a reply since this whole fiasco started, and Hexaod has taken it upon himself to personally note Dragoneer. If you ask me, though, I don't expect much to come out of that. Still, one can hope.
Considering that he was trying his hardest to say something nasty, and failing entirely since he couldn't even spell and punctuate his statements correctly? I don't think you missed out on much. He was basically saying that Hexaod and I were jerkoffs and stuff for hounding him about what he was doing, even though he admits what he does is wrong, and saying that he'd keep making accounts, which is why I suggested an IP ban in my trouble ticket. there's at least 3 different rules that can easily be enforced in his situation and yet they ignored all of em....there's something wrong with that in my opinion. i would have though that 3 would be enough to say "Hey you cant do this please remove this and respect other artists and there art" but i guess they just don't care when it come to others.
