We were cooking African food. This is Cango Chicken Soup. It was suppose to be spicy but one off our group members had a sensitive stomach so I cut done the spice to where you can feel the warm tingly sensation in the back of your throat. in my opinion that is the perfect amount of spiciness (for me).
