Little Phelan was having more trouble than most learning to swim. So he was put into "special" swimming lessons, looks like now he's a natural swimmer!

Whoo! First time ever drawing an otter. There are a few things that I'm not entirely happy with (the background being the biggest), but overall I'm proud to have drawn something that's not a wolf x3.

This is gonna be my submission to  Tikky 's contest! I know there are tons of artists entering who are much, much more talented than I am but oh well!

I may fix the background later or something >..> Also, I'm not sure if coloring the lines in was a good idea or not.

Anyways....
