Oh, Niaro. When will you ever, ever stop fooling me with those... men...
Feedback:
- If that's a closed collar on his neck, it seems somewhat awkward because of how it doesn't make a round shape. If it's open, then the collar needs to be placed a little farther from the right side of the hair.
That's pretty much it. I like the overall character design; surely, there's really not that many... guy... mermaids... around nowadays. (seriously, is he really a guy? you're one of the first people to distort my artistic senses)
The clean lines and coloring makes the character feel vibrant. I like it.
