Thanks! I like how it turned out too - this one was shot with my new Nikon V1. Been trying to use it more and more, but feel let down without the super crispness I'm used to with prime lenses. I have the nifty 50 of the Nikon 1 system on preorder, the 18.5mm f/1.8, but the hurricane a couple weeks back kinda ruined the prospect of timely shipping so I'm still waiting on it. Once it arrives I suspect I'll be in a zen bliss. :p

Agreed, got the stock Canon 50 1.8 and very happy with the extra light and pop of focus points.

Also,the red/green gradient worked very well

I miss going to Skyline Drive. Used to spend a month each summer in Elkton when I was younger with my relatives, and we'd go up there early in the morning at least a few times a week. Beautiful shot, I love the atmosphere and lighting.
