You see them often enough really, mostly sun dresses. But you see skirts more often which is pretty similar but you can customize your look more. I just dislike those clothing on me, jeans all the way. True, had hadn't kept the more casual dresses in mind, maybe it depends on the area, cause I rarely see them in my small town, regardless of style. Skirts I see frequently enough, and agree with you on the customization factor.
That's a pretty cute dress you found! I'd have assumed given the big Loki fan you are you'd wear it a lot, or at least maybe after you got accustomed to wearing dresses more frequently. :P
