There's actually two comics out now.
Gargoyles is written by the series creator, Greg Wiesman and published by Slave Labor Graphics. It takes up where the second season left off and completely ignores The Goliath Chronicles. It's up to issue 6 now (with issue 7 coming at this end of the month). I believe there's a graphic novel (which is comprised of issues 1-6) due later this month as well.
Gargoyles: Bad Guys is also written by Greg and published by SLG. The story revolves around 5 villains from the Gargoyles universe who are now seeking redemption but due to their sordid pasts are blackmailed into working together. The Gargoyles version of "The Dirty Dozen" is comprised of Hunter, Dingo, Matrix, Yama, and Fang. Issue 1 just came out last month.
