Hmm...it's hard to say anything about this...
The never ending circle of life, and decaying is a link between life and death. Dying and rebirth. Poppies and daffodils...
First this was supposed to come out more 'pretty' looking, but after failing in two times in a row I kinda just smashed colours on the paper and tamed my frustration last night. C':

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's always hard to loose someone you love. *hugs*
But yes, still this miraculously connects death and new life and makes the circle full.
It's wonderful he had a chance to see the ultrasound, eventhou he can't meet his
great grand-child in real life. I'm quite touched by all this.

I remember hearing a bit on a gardening show on the radio about a fellow who wrote a book for children called "Tigger's Apples." When their family cat "Tigger" died, the buried his remains under the back yard apple tree. The next Spring the tree produced more apples than it had before, and the children found them quite delicious. Perhaps the poor cat's remains provided just the nutrients the tree needed, or perhaps it was something a bit more "Spiritual." In any case, it showed that even after Death life goes on.
