Carefree and creative crepes carefully catered for a wonderfully brilliant breakfast from the kitchens of
Castazel
Recipe (4 Crepes)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions (for crepe):
- Mix all ingredients together until evenly blended.
- Pour 1/2 cup on a large, hot, buttered pan and let the mix spread evenly throughout.
- Flip that shit like a mofo. Spatulas are for pussies!
- Cook until the crepe looks good, meng, then plate it.
- Spread nutella on half of the inside of the crepe, and spread the other half with smooth peanut butter.
- Line one side with a sliced banana, then fold it over.
- Top with candied apples and banana sauce.
- Enjoy with hashbrowns, an organic egg, a freshly sliced apple, toasted hawaiian roll with strawberry cream cheese and a tiny heart of strawberry jam.
Ingredients and Directions (for sauce):
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- 1 sliced apple
- In a small pot or large saucepan, pour milk, syrup, and cinnamon on medium heat.
- Add bananas and apples after the sauce comes to a boil.
- Stir evenly.
- Take off heat once apples become fully yellow.
