Meatloaf is marvelous and this looks like its cooked just right for a feast from the kitchens of

home made meatloaf for dinner tonite :) really really happy with how it came out. roommate and boyfriend loved it.
Recipe
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 egg
1 freshly diced tomato
1 freshly diced bell pepper (any color)
handful of shredded cheese (your choice on kind)
1-2 red onions (depends on size)
garlic powder
onion powder
basil
paprika
meat seasoning spice
a few dashes of salt/pepper
topping:
dijon mustard
ketchup
worschestire sauce
garlic powder
paprika
meat seasoning spice
a few dashes of salt/pepper
a few dashes of lime juice
instructions for topping: combine/mix ingredients in bowl, and set aside
instructions: For the actual meatloaf, mix everything together in a big bowl until one solid mass. Mold into squares, and set on oiled up long banking pan (juices will drip out, so make sure its not a flat pan. Cook on 425 degrees for 40 minutes. half way through, apply topping to each square, then put back in for another 20 minutes.
let sit a few minutes after its done cooking, then enjoy :)
