It's good to read the pika news for the latest information! *nods*
I was inspired by K-PUZ's journal entries, known as "Pika News" to create this piece. He also created the idea of a family here, with the three brothers here in the same pic. K-PUZ is the official Pika News owner and makes his updates periodically available for his friends, and for free too! ^_^
As for the pic itself, I feel as if though I'm refining my "comic style" further, some linelessness in the background since I felt it looked ok here. I keep changing the style of my pichu eyes though, and I'd really like making them consistent with each pic. Croix looks a little different, as I haven't drawn him from the side before and left out a couple marking out just to see what it looked like. Hope he doesn't hate me for that but I like how he came out here ^^;

hahahaha how nice scene there! it's kind of weird that a newspaper has that on the main page but it really doesn't matter.
The line work is excellent and the colors pretty neat and clean as always.
One mistake (in my own point of view) was K-Puz nose, I think it would look better if you move it a bit up (one nose of distance) and a bit right (two nose distance).
Aside that, the rest of the drawing is cool. Tehweenus looks like "naked" without his markings, but that doesn't makes sense since he's always naked.
Other thing I noticed is Tehweenus cheek, it has border lines and the other chus doesn't, did you want to do that way?
Finally, as some sort of idea, you could do also a in-between style between the non-lines and the lines artwork. You can do the lines in light gray color and it will look neat too.

I think I see what you mean about the nose, it kinda looks like K-PUZ has a bigger nose the way it looks. Also, yeah for Croix I see the cheek is lined, my mistake too ^^;
