a small quick comic I made today.. :)
One of my best friends and former lovers joined the Navy a few years ago, and it had been so long since I have seen him. When we finally reunited after about a year, he was so different! it was so amazing to see him again, it completely caught me off guard!
this is just a quick messy comic page based on that. nothing too serious.
But please remember that for a lot of families, their deployed loved ones never return home, or come home injured. Keep them in your thoughts!

Thats something few people put into consideration, and thought though. Wars are bad, but they are a part of life. As long as someone has a difference of opinion, or wants to do harm to another, there will always be conflicts and battles caused from the greatest ones. But, then again... Life itself is a war for existence. Just living day-to-day, and moment-to-moment. We each and everyone of us have our battlefields and skirmishes to deal with. Just some are more violent then others.
as humans, there will always be war, which a lot of people don't seem to want to accept. it's a sad reality; countries will always fight against each other, for many different reasons. That said, I am thankful that there are men and women who are willing to defend our country, no matter what their reason.
This is true. The arabic "countries" have been at war since humanities earliest recorded history. It'll likely always and forever be that way.
Yes, I can relate to that, I once thought of enlisting in a branch of the USA's military. But given my problems, I couldn't manage it in any form or function.

I've missed a lot, from your submissions, Beep! This is just darling and so heartfelt.
As well, I really like the cartoony, bubbly look to this style. While it isn't distracting, I think your characters are looking super cute here; their colors just pop! ^^
