most people don't realize mini-crits not only increase damage, but completely eliminate fall-off damage which is far more important for people like heavy. I haven't played in awhile since I got discouraged while playing the expert campaign, maybe I should try again.
see, that's the thing that gets me. you'd think all the noobs would get bored and quit after getting their asses kicked enough times (in fact that's what I'd be hoping for if I come back to expert anytime soon). But they never do! They're usually the last to leave unless you toss them off. At least the fact you have to pay discourages some of the extra bad ones, but still...

Basically. Fallout uses lots of actual propaganda posters from the 50's and earlier as inspiration. The "duck and cover" turtle seen on the walls of schools in FO3 and NV was from an actual real world video:

This is pretty sweet. I thought you based it off of the poster from Fallout New Vegas ( http://images.wikia.com/fallout/ima.....ropaganda7.png ) I didn't know they go it from a real poster.
