Amen. And the PyroGX is from Descent 1 and 2, not 3. In 3 it was upgraded to a PyroGL.

I used to lead my own squadron of Pyro jockeys.

Eh, I didn't want to get into semantics. I miss my Pyro-GX. Sure, the GL was faster and had a better field of view, but damnit, that GX and I went through a lot together. Seeing it battered and charred and thrown into a star at the begining of Descent 3 ... *sniff* It hurt.

*sniff* I know what you mean man... I even modded my copy of D2 to put tiger stripes on her wings ;) I loved my GX too.

"Destroyed?! *sigh* That ship was the only part of the PTMC that I liked..."

And then let's not forget the relative intelligence of the guide-bots (which I never needed). Seems mine (Kit) was the smaartest. We used to have a dummy pilot named Lemming, and his guide-bot (ironically named Genius) was the dumbest brick you can imagine - literally flying in small circles while supposedly "finding blue key..."
