I finally decided to paint something for myself this week. A friend and I were discussing griffins and how much we love them, so it came about that I was told to draw one. After drawing it, I couldn't leave it alone, so I ended up going nuts and painting the whole thing X3
Took about a day, on and off, with some deadspace thrown in the middle.

I particularly enjoy the way you do fur now Tru. It proves the point without being too overbearing or underwhelming. Just the right mix. Just by looking, you can tell the enormous amount of work that went into this as a whole. It's easy to get lost in your work. It's just that much fun to see.
