Well, it works well and has a lot of good pressure sensitivity for light and quick strokes. My only problem with it lately is that they are a bit pricey overall and the drivers as of late just suck on Windows 7 64bit.
If you are looking to get one, I recommend getting a Intuos 4/5 on sale. The only real difference between the two is that 5 has multi-touch and 4 has a mouse instead.
