...Girls... no they can do whatever the f**k they like... My problem lies with the "Male" section of the fan base... specifically the over 12 years of age...
It annoys me how pathetic some people can be... a Cartoon aimed at prepubescent girls should not be watched by "Men" I don't even call them men... i call them... things... Yes I am all about hate everyone must read my hate until this comment has-eth been hidden by the author..
Anyway getting that aside and expressing my opinion some more... Which by the way I am not trying to force anyone to believe me... Just stating it... Yes I hate all "bronies" And I want to kill them all... I also want to say I have no problem with grown ups even watching cartoons like scooby-doo... That cartoon was awesome... or Dexters Laboratory... Family guy... All these are fine examples of cartoons for men... MLP is not... Powerpuff girls? that is another... Errr Barbie? Does she have a cartoon? She has movies i know that much ANYWAY the point is those are not suitable for men to watch... As for women MLP fans... I ain't got no problem... Although come to think of it my veiws are maybe a bit sexist? ...females can watch girl cartoons and mens cartoons? like Scooby-doo... But that wasn't aimed at women only it was for boys and girls either way I still stand by my opinion... MLP + Boys = WRONG. Anyone else want to express their opinions? About MLP? about fans about me? I'm more than happy to listen to your views... Actually I haven't heard an opinion from an actual brony... Nor have i been told "why" they like and watch MLP... then again they don't need a reason... but they must have one if they enjoy watching it? -sigh- so many questions... Where are all the answers?

Personally I enjoy the show because it's well written and the characters are actual characters, not just pretty ponies prancing about going shopping or riding on a ferris wheel. They have actual personalities. This version of the shows creator, Lauren Faust, set out to make an MLP cartoon series that could be enjoyed by all ages and genders, mostly this was so it would appeal to the original target demographic, and to said demographics parents. There jokes and such the adults will get that will likely sail over any small child's head. The animation is smooth and rather stylized so that makes it enjoyable too. Really I would at least give it a chance. I don't want to assume anything, but it *sounds* like your impression of MLP is stuck in the much older versions, the little ponies have come a long way.

I'd rather hope you WEREN'T calm when you made that previous post, honestly.
Saying extreme stuff like "I hate all (X) and I want to kill them all" is usually a sign that the speaker is either upset and making poor word choices, or a psychopath planning to commit serial murder. I'd prefer to think it's the former, and that you don't really want to kill me because I watch a cartoon with my little sister and happen to enjoy it.
