A character I'm RP'ing. Allong side Mirneko and her Blissbat.
(ignore the Houndeye O_o)

He's a sort of spaced out silly punkish bat who prolly seen too many gigs n after-parties. Him and Bliss are nearly inseperable.
He's supposed to have a load of uv tattoos on his wings, arms and torso. (need to be under a blacklight to see them)
I'll have to work on that and figure out what they look like.
