I'm working on a Big Cat/Tiger base and would appreciate some crits please :3 its not finished yet but would still like them :D (this was-hopefully still is- the base I was going to stream molding)
This is what it looked like before http://yuki-moon.deviantart.com/art.....-Far-335541295 (already taken quite a bit off the muzzle, its now 4.5inch from eye)
The one thing I keep thinking... eye's need to be leveled (on the photo's left it looks like the eye is a bit higher) but do they also need to come in?
I'm looking at tiger photos and they look ok position but.... hmm... I know with fur it will look better but it still irks me!
And yes I know he is cross-eyed XD can't help that lol

I would look at dem baldie cats, and panthers/lepords to understand how the face is contructed. You would just be using fur to hide the defects.
The face is super long, and the eyes might be too far back. If you look at the following, the brow also really slopes down into the nose on a cat's face, while yours is boxed seperatly. Look at this skull:

Your face is fairly doggish. I really like the detail, and the personality from the lips and eyes.

But I did reference xD (decription :3) I looked at tigers mainly, hence the reason for the main shape. I also looked at leopard too for definition :3 if you look at my latest submission you'll see the stage it is now at :3
if you look at tigers they do have a longer muzzle than say a lynx or a bobcat. The muzzle is now 4" long, looking from before its a good 3" shorter than it was :3 I am planning on using 3" fur with it as well so I have planned for that :3 I will look at the reference when I get online again (on mobile atm x.x) Can't link the new video but its the latest submission here :3 (actually have two videos of it on my YouTube, one at this stage and one how it is now)
