A video of the jaw movement is here: http://youtu.be/YeRVXFWgNvg
As with all my heads, this guy was made from a combination of resin and foam. You can see a WIP here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9255257/
Here was the main reference I used: http://tinyurl.com/a6htr3y which I veered from when appropriate. I used black, white, and three shades of grey fur which was then airbrushed over :)
The character also has 4 black stripes which I added after these photos and the video were taken.

By default I make my heads one-size-fits-all for the most versatility (if a customer wanted to share or sell for instance) but, if someone specifically requests, I can make them on a smaller mannequin (as I did for Chai recently). I am very small as well but the bodysuits I make are quite chunky so, when I'm wearing a full costume, the heads do look proportional.
Hey again, just checked out the video. Such a sweet looking wolf!
May I ask, when you furred this one did you fur the bottom jaw separately or did you use the open mouthed, folded in fur method? Looks so great I can't tell. :)
I'm going to be helping to fur my resin wolf head soon and I was wondering which method you find works better. :)
