Kia, while exploring one of the Wastelands many treacherous and mainly abandoned towns, runs into a pair of thugs, hellbent on making her time there an unpleasant one.

Fortunately, she soon discovers that there is some good spread throughout the Wastelands' occasional ugliness in the form of a then unknown vigilante.
