i think it's cause there was several things used in design of the species of aquatics such as zoras and yes, vaporeon, but then again he tried to mix things up so it was different enough, for example there is no neck frill or central head fin, i think he made ti good enough seeing as there is really nto many options for aquatics these days,
well there is this little problem.... it's called LIFE, and it always has a habit of getting in the way of the things we love to do.... so lacking time for art equals less art to post.
besides... lately i have been posting my commissions, kinda showing people what i can do, as to attract other potential clients
