i was considering getting into this.....the ribbon is kinda pricy though, might get some at the hobby store. but this is gorgeous i love the color combo you used!

The ribbon bags from Ring Lord are only $1.25 for A LOT, if you went to get ribbon at a craft store you'd be paying OMFGwtf out the ass...

I agree! I honestly find the ones you can get from somewhere like the craft section in Walmart, or some of the nicer ones from places like Michael's, are nicer, tend not to fray, and have a softer sheen to them. But, I liked that I could get a good whack of colours for cheap with TRL. :)

Mind you, they're only something I'm going to keep making if people want them, after I post mine. :S I like them, but unless they do well I won't bother with them at conventions.

They're kinda nice in combination with the rubber rings, actually. I did one up with some of my leftover glow green and a black ribbon, and it looks wicked. Upside is that because there's no closure, there's nothing for the ribbon to fray on...so it's a nice use for the crappy ribbons.
