Sometimes you don't understand something.. and what you don't understand can confuse you.. even anger.. Having no direct answers, you make up your own.. So you wind up not hurting only yourself with the thoughts you've convinced yourself to believe, but your relationship with others ending in a spiral downwards into depression that you can't shake off until you ruin what bonds you had before...

Hm jealousy you say, that is for sure one hell of a feeling to overcome, but hey, you are not someone else, and you should be proud of that. You should focus on shaping your own life, and let whatever is eating you away go. It's easier said than done, but self-focus in these cases can help.
