somewhat half arsed. Not really in the mood to draw something too involved, but just needed to draw. Scanner ate the beautiful bright orange/reds of the fire.

Do you have editing software that could fix the saturation? I could try if you don't. This is fantastic.

Thank you :) And very kind of you to offer. Yes, I use Photoshop CS3, but didn't want to spend a lot of time fiddling with the picture (not in the greatest of moods at the moment).

I know that feeling, but if you ask me, somehow the wing fading out on the edge like that adds to the drawing even more... hm, I don't know, maybe I'm just weird, but I thought that was intentional.

Nah, you're not the only one. I read the description, but it does look like it could have been intentional. It's like a style. Gives it a look that has the dragon steps/flies out of his "world" (i.e. the rectangle) and into another he begins to fade or something. I like it ^.^
