I really like the drooling effects you've given the Skunkbat, shows he really hungers for Kain (and who could blame him?).
Like you said, the character really wears the jacket well! It's interesting to see someone else wearing Kain's clothes.
Kane looks awesome here, his eyes are especially lovely. o_o I also like his lounging position, totally taking it easy while he devours Kain.

Seeing as how Kain eats so many sweets, I'm plenty sure his skin has absorbed his sugary bodily waters and turned it sweet
