This is a commission from Sandy Schreiber, drawn back at Midwest FurFest. Meet the second of the three from my new urban fantasy story, Alexis Carmichael. This rabbit is a pure mage through and through, possessing a phenominal affinity to the supernatural and able to gather and wield residual mana better than anyone her age. She specializes in healing and alteration power, able to protect her friends John and Lance while weakening their enemies from afar and manipulating the environment to benefit themselves. She also tends to be quite cheerful and understanding, balancing out John's enthusiastic impulsiveness and Lance's cold pessimism.
Sandy did a lovely job portraying her, and I admire how she took the text description I provided and drew this perfect representation of the bunny mage. A key element, her long coat, came out particularly well since I had a hard time describing it ^_^ Heh, and the carrot monster she's facing happened to be Diana Harlan Stein's idea :p
