Instrumental, piano.
Recorded with Pianoteq 4 Stage and a Yamaha P-85.
Live, one take.
Experimental.
Album: Third Time's the Harm
I've actually been writing quite a lot of music, but I haven't posted any of it up here, I'm afraid. I've finished up an hour and a half's worth of experimental piano work, soon to be put up on The Intrat00bz as an album, but in the meantime, have this tease. It's a re-write of "Ever Feel Like We're Drifting Apart?" with emphasis on the narrator (of the poem it's based on) being entirely nuts.

Thank you! This is going on the album after the one I'm putting up today. I'll probably just shove it on Dropbox and put out a link, like before. Unless you happen to know of a music-dedicated site where I can put out all my stuff available for free (I don't think Bandcamp allows that).
I would make a simple web site, and post all of it there. But I strongly encourage you to start trying to monetizing this. Check out 'CDBaby' which is a distributor of independents. I also strongly recommend staying WELL away from RIAA. You'll get like $.01 for every dollar. Then heaven forbid if someone is caught uploading one song. They'll sue you into economic bondage for life.
Making a website is tempting, yeah. I use adamdproctor.tumblr.com for posting about it, because I'm cheap and lazy. As for monetizing it, I'm not really interested in that -- I want my music to be available for free to everyone, but to give them the option to donate if they so desire, which is why I've thus far stuck with Dropbox. Also, fuck the RIAA, yes.
Quite well done! It has a Liszt feel to it, which is ironic; I had Franz Liszt's "In festo transfigurationis Domini nostri Jesu Christi" playing though my system just before I listened to yours.
Yours does have a very troubled mind feel to it. Parts was gentle, friendly, then it dives into a maddness before climbing back out of it.
Quite interesting!
